Role Overview & Responsibilities

Industrial environments require heavy-duty cleaning equipment and specialized chemical protocols. Emerald247 Industrial Cleaning crews handle high-level factory dusting, machine degreasing, and builder handover cleaning.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

• Operate industrial scrubber-dryers, pressure washers, and steam cleaners
• Perform high-level factory beam dusting and ventilation cleaning
• Degrease heavy factory machinery and production floor surfaces
• Execute post-construction handover deep cleans removing dust and grout
• Follow strict permit-to-work and COSHH chemical safety rules

Pay & Rate Guidelines

Hourly rates from £13 to £18.50 per hour (PAYE).

Higher Industrial Pay Rates

Premium hourly wages for specialized heavy-duty cleaning.

IPAF & PASMA Training Options

Certified training for cherry picker high-level cleaning.

Project-Based Block Booking

Lucrative weekend and shutdown deep-clean contracts.

Safeguarding & Compliance Checklist
