Role Overview & Responsibilities

Large-scale events require energetic, well-groomed event crews capable of delivering seamless guest experiences. Emerald247 supplies short-notice event hospitality staff for conferences, exhibitions, corporate galas, and weddings.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and check in guests at conference registration desks
  • Manage cloakroom operations and assist guests with coat/bag storage
  • Serve champagne, canapés, and tray-passed drinks at VIP receptions
  • Direct delegate flow and assist venue event managers during functions
  • Maintain immaculate presentation standards throughout event spaces

Pay & Rate Guidelines

Hourly rates from £12 to £17 per hour (PAYE).
