Role Overview & Responsibilities

Machine Operators ensure high-speed automated equipment runs smoothly without costly downtime. Emerald247 supplies trained machine operators experienced in machine setup, monitoring, and basic troubleshooting.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Set up, calibrate, and start automated production machinery
  • Monitor machine parameters (temperature, pressure, speed, fill volume)
  • Perform line clearance and sanitary washdowns between production batches
  • Clear minor machine jams and perform basic mechanical adjustments
  • Maintain production batch logs and downtime records

Pay & Rate Guidelines

Hourly rates from £12.50 to £17.50 per hour (PAYE).
